Organizational chart
The Head of the Research Center is in charge of scientific research and the efficient coordination of researchers. Three assistant executive heads are in charge of the i) Finance, ii) Hospitality and iii) Tourism fields, and are responsible for high-quality teaching and the production of academic studies with a high impact on the academic community.

- Foster an environment of excellence
- Raise funds for innovation and research
- Assist researchers in accomplishing important objectives
- Encourage cooperation amongst all fields of endeavor
- Boost the quantity of articles published in high-impact scholarly journals
- Ensure access to technological resources to support the research community
- Modernize procedures and services
- Maximise the use of various available funding sources
- Ensure access to large databases to expedite research and innovation
- Optimize technological platforms

- Building solid knowledge foundations for students in order to assure their competences in scientific research and strengthen the potential for favorable spillovers towards the society
- Strengthening collaboration with other organizations specialized in finance, hospitality or tourism
- Keeping up with state-of-the-art methodological frameworks required for achieving substantial innovation with an economic and social impact
- Augmenting the number of grants and scholarships earned
- Widening the network of experts collaborating with the research center
- Enhancing the quality of supervision and training
