PSYCHOLOGICAL COUNSELING AND SUPPORT

Psychological and counseling support to students includes a variety of services and approaches in a safe space, designed to provide personalized support to students’ psychological well-being and academic success.

The services provided are individual or remote sessions designed to address personal or professional issues.

 Assistance is provided:

  • Personal growth, guidance and development
  • Achieve goals or manage change
  • Strengthening individual competences, developing skills and implementing strategies to help deal with problems, improve well-being, help set boundaries within the individual and in their social environment
  • Empower/encourage students, enhancing self-confidence and inner strengths
  • Coping with personal issues, stress, anxiety, depression and other psychological issues
  • Investigation and analysis of the causes of the problems and emotions they may be facing
  • Promote healthy habits and self-care techniques to cope with stress and improve well-being.
  • Improve academic performance in terms of time organization, stress management and improvement of academic performance
  • Support in critical situations such as loss of a loved one, family problems or other difficulties
  • Develop interpersonal skills that focus on enhancing communication, relationship management and collaboration skills
