Mrs. Maria Neophytou holds a bachelor’s (BA) and a master’s (MA) degree with distinction in English language and literature. She also holds a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with distinction. She has taught English as a second/foreign language to Greek-Cypriot and foreign students aged 3-17, but also to adults. Additionally, she has teaching experience in teaching specialized subjects, such as Business English, English for specific purposes, English literature, linguistics, and teaching methodology. She exhibits a strong interest in higher education and research, and she applies methods of differentiated instruction and assessment. She supports lifelong learning and the idea of equality of opportunity in education.
