Mr. Ioannis Ioannou is a seasoned professional with a strong academic background and extensive experience in the hospitality industry. He holds a degree in Hotel & Tourism Management from the Glion Institute of Higher Education, Switzerland (1996), and a degree in French Civilization from La Sorbonne Paris, France (1993). Mr. Ioannou is a Certified Seminar Instructor recognized by the Human Resources Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA) in Hospitality Sciences, specializing in Five Star Quality Service, order of food & drink suppliers, accounting, marketing, and promotion. His teaching career commenced in 2022 as a Lecturer at Mesoyios College, where he imparts his wealth of knowledge in hospitality. With a rich professional background, Mr. Ioannou has been the Executive Manager and Co-owner of La Maison Fleurie, a prestigious French Fine Dining restaurant in Limassol, Cyprus, since 1999. Prior to this, he garnered valuable experience as an F&B Assistant Manager at renowned hotels in Greece from 1997 to 1999. His comprehensive expertise encompasses both academic and practical aspects of the hospitality and tourism industry.
