Mr. Christakis Christou holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts Management with first-class honours, from the University of Derby, in U.K and a Master’s Degree in Tourism and Event Management from Canterbury University, in U.K. During his studies he had the unique opportunity to organise and manage several big events as a supervisor with the historic Devonshire Dome Restaurant in Buxton. During that time, the restaurant was awarded two AA rosettes. He worked in the industry both in U.K and in Cyprus holding managerial positions in culinary businesses. From 1998 to 2015, he held the position of Pastry Chef, at 5*Anassa Hotel (member of the Leading Hotels), Cyprus where he has been involved in various big events and V.I.P projects.
