Panayiotis Themistokleous holds BSc at Applied Communication and MSc Degree at Entrepreneurship Management and Innovation from Cyprus University of Technology. He worked at Hellenic bank until 2020 and was special scientific staff at the department of School of Management at Cyprus University of Technology. He has teached supporting lectures for undergraduate student at departments of Communications & Management. At the same time, assigned to him making the structure of Academic research about gap in hotel industry and sustainable business development – Academic research at Cyprus University of Technology funding from European Union Structural funds. He attended many seminars on the importance of customer relations, the content of organization behaviour, the importance in the development of the business strategy and in what ways it influences the innovation in existing and family businesses. He represented the Cyprus Entrepreneurship at international conferences in several countries of the European Union and United States as a member of the Cyprus Youth Organization while receiving scholarships for his master’s program from the A.G. Leventis foundation and from the Bank of Cyprus Cultural Foundation. His research interests focus on e-business management but also innovation in start-ups.
