The students of the Hotel Management (3 years, Higher Diploma) program of study, prepared a gala lunch on campus on the 2nd of July, 2020. The students, with the support and guidance of their Program Supervisor, organized the event where they hosted the college’s faculty and administrative staff – including the President of the Council and the College Principal. This learning-by-doing experience allowed the students to not only witness the academic part of their studies, but also to train in a challenging environment.
The guests, hosted by professionalism and greeted at the entrance, were accompanied to their seats to enjoy a delicious 3-course set menu, each course paired with a different wine.
The set-up, as a whole, was rather magnificent and the students exceeded everyone’s expectations.
And finally, the lunch had come to an end with a round of applause for everyone who participated in this successful event.
